01What counts as qualifying spend?

The product amount actually paid on orders of R250 or more. Shipping, tax, gift-card value and DermRewards credit used on the order do not earn again.

02When does credit become available?

Fourteen days after the order, once the returns window has closed. There is no claim or activation step.

03Does DermRewards credit expire?

Credit earned from purchases does not expire. Promotional credit — including welcome and birthday credit — uses the validity period shown for that reward.

04What happens after a return?

The credit is adjusted before it becomes available, so the balance reflects the products kept rather than the original order total.

05How is my tier calculated?

Once you reach a tier, you keep it for as long as you have an active account with us.

06What happened to my previous balance?

Credit from the previous programme moved across with existing customers. Sign in to see the balance currently attached to your account.
