SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time:

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in delivering your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving proof of payment or after payment is reflected in our bank account.
The courier service does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delivery will only be to a valid street address.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within South Africa.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Dermal Health Science is pleased to offer free shipping on South African orders of R 3,000.00 and more.
For orders totaling less than R 3,000.00, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

Shipping information and order tracking

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
This email will contain your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Dermal Health Science is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Dermal Health Science ships internationally to Namibia.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dermal Health Science is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 
You may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. We have zero control over Namibia customs and duty charges and cannot reflect these fees in our pricing. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies before placing your order.
