These are the rules most likely to affect what you earn, when it appears and how your tier is calculated.

THE SIMPLE RULE

Promotional credit has the dates shown in your account.

The product amount actually paid on orders of R250 or more. Shipping, tax, gift-card value and DermRewards credit used on the order do not earn again.

Fourteen days after the order, once the returns window has closed. There is no claim or activation step.

Credit earned from purchases does not expire. Promotional credit — including welcome and birthday credit — uses the validity period shown for that reward.

The credit is adjusted before it becomes available, so the balance reflects the products kept rather than the original order total.

By qualifying product spend over the previous twelve months, reviewed weekly. Once reached, a tier is retained for at least 90 days.
