Office Administrator / Personal Assistant
INTRODUCTION
Are you an energized and organised individual with a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and good people skills? Then you are just the kind of person that we would like to join the Dermal Health Team. The position will comprise of administration, packing orders, and liaising with suppliers and customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain an appointment diary and liaise with clients
- Maintain online client management system
- Prepare documents for client meetings
- Maintain petty cash box and accounts
- Communicate with clients telephonically and electronically
- Assist in updating key company documentation
- Maintain office supplies
- Maintain an orderly office environment
- Respond to client queries timeously and follow up with response
- Manage agendas / travelling arrangements / appointments for upper management.
- Performing general office errands
- Providing administrative support for project teams
- Assisting with arranging company events
- Taking meeting minutes and distributing accordingly
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
- Matric certificate
- Driver’s license and own car (non-negotiable)
- Excellent people, communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
- Customer-service oriented
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
