Your skin is is characterized by inflammation manifested as redness, pimples, and acne breakouts. The inflammation leads to an increased risk of skin aging, making it mandatory for you to use anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients.
Your skin type often has large pores, and it may feel shiny during the day. You experience congested pores in the form of blackheads and whiteheads and maybe even acne breakouts.
You want to treat and prevent aging and control these unwelcome breakouts with products you can trust will not put your pregnancy at risk.
Consistent everyday use of the correct products will allow your skin to repair itself, hold onto water and reduce its tendency for inflammation.

- Apply Acne Repair serum every morning followed by Litaderm serum. (If your skin tolerates Litaderm morning and evening).
- Very sensitive skin may only tolerate Litaderm serum once per day - either morning or evening. Some skin types may even be too sensitive for daily application, and will therefore need to apply Litaderm serum every other day until skin becomes more tolerant.
- Apply Chemical peel spray 2-3 times per week (depending on tolerability).

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) approves the use of over-the-counter topical creams containing the above active ingredients during pregancy.
For patients with a high-risk pregnancy or patients concerned about the use of topical products during their pregnancy, we advise consulting with their treating doctor before using any topical products.
