Your AOPB skin type is challenging and characterized by inflammation manifested as congested pores, pimples, and acne breakouts. The inflammation leads to hyperpigmentation and an increased risk of skin aging, making it mandatory for you to use anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients.
Your skin type often has large pores, and it may feel shiny during the day. You experience congested pores in the form of blackheads and whiteheads and maybe even acne breakouts.

Consistent everyday use of the correct products will correct and prevent premature aging, clear and prevent clogged pores leading to breakouts, and reduce your skin's tendency for inflammation and pigmentation.

- Either apply Retinol serum every night and follow up (after 5 min.) with Litaderm serum, or alternate Retinol serum and Litaderm serum at night.
- Apply Salicylic gel on areas with breakouts and clogged pores 2 - 3 times per week. Salicylic gel causes mild skin peeling. When breakouts and congested pores have cleared up, discontinue use and apply again during periods when you struggle with breakouts or clogged pores.
- Apply Salicylic gel either alone, or follow up with Litaderm serum (after 10 min.).
