Your skin is characterized by inflammation manifested as redness, pimples, and acne breakouts. The inflammation leads to an increased risk of skin aging, making it mandatory to use anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients.
You have an impaired skin barrier which means that allergens, bacteria, and irritants can more easily enter the skin.
Water evaporates from your skin's surface, leaving it dry. Your skin feels rough, tight, and lack radiance due to poor light reflection. Your inflamed skin makes you more prone to developing lines and wrinkles.
Consistent everyday use of the correct products will allow your skin to repair itself, hold onto water and reduce its tendency for inflammation.

- Apply Inflacin serum every morning followed by Litaderm serum. (If your skin tolerates Litaderm morning and evening).
- Use DermRepair morning and/or evening as needed (if and when you feel your skin needs extra moisture or anti-inflammatory treatment).
- Either apply Retinol serum every night and follow up (after 5 min.) with Litaderm serum, or alternate Retinol serum and Litaderm serum at night.
- Very sensitive skin may only tolerate Litaderm serum once per day - either morning or evening. Some ADB skin types may even be too sensitive for daily application, and will therefore need to apply Litaderm serum every other day until skin becomes more tolerant.
