Your AOPA Skin Type is Oily, Sensitive, and Pigmented, with an increased risk for premature skin aging.
You have a complex skin type characterized by inflammation manifested as redness and rashes. The inflammation leads to hyperpigmentation and an increased risk of skin aging, making it mandatory for this skin type to use anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients. The skin’s natural oil provides some antioxidant protection, but it is not enough to protect your skin type from aging.
Your skin type often has large pores, and it may feel shiny during the day. You experience one or more of the following: facial flushing, facial redness, visible blood vessels, and skin rashes.
You struggle to find the correct skincare products that do not aggravate your symptoms. Consistent everyday use of the correct products will allow your skin to repair itself, hold onto water and reduce its tendency for stinging and burning.

- Keep Medi-Zinc cleanser in contact with your skin for 5-10 min.
Tip: Apply to dry skin (so that the cleanser do not run into your eyes - it will sting). Keep on your skin while you ex. brush your teeth, bath, shower or get dressed. Rinse off after 10 min. and wipe your face clean with a clean facecloth or with the microfibre face sponge. - Use DermRepair morning and/or evening as needed (if and when you feel your skin needs extra moisture or anti-inflammatory treatment).
- Either apply Retinol serum every night and follow up (after 5 min.) with Litaderm serum, or alternate Retinol serum and Litaderm serum at night.
- Some AOPA skin types may be too sensitive for daily application of Litaderm serum and will therefore need to apply Litaderm serum every other day until the skin becomes more tolerant.
